1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubSurrender ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

SubSurrender is an adult platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Nature of the Platform

SubSurrender is a gamified lifestyle and personal discipline platform. All tasks, challenges, and content are fictional and for entertainment and personal growth purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary. You are never required to complete any task that makes you uncomfortable.

The "Mistress Krigar" character is an AI-generated persona. All interactions are automated and do not represent a real person.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
Post content that is illegal, harassing, or harmful to others
Share another user's personal information without consent
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other accounts
Use the Platform for commercial purposes without written permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("proof texts", confessions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant SubSurrender a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm it does not violate any laws.

6. No-Go Zones and Safety

We take your safety seriously. No-go zones you specify will be respected in AI-generated tasks. However, you are always responsible for your own wellbeing. If a task feels unsafe, do not complete it — use the "I Failed" option instead.

7. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Digital products (premium tasks, boosts) are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 48 hours.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

9. Disclaimer

SubSurrender is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
