By accessing or using SubSurrender ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
SubSurrender is an adult platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. To confirm that users are of legal age, the Platform is introducing age verification through a third-party verification service, in addition to the mandatory date-of-birth declaration at registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
SubSurrender is a gamified lifestyle and personal discipline platform. All tasks, challenges, and content are fictional and for entertainment and personal growth purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary. You are never required to complete any task that makes you uncomfortable.
The "Mistress Krigar" character is an AI-generated persona. All interactions are automated and do not represent a real person.
All content on the Platform is intended for consenting adults. Every task is solo — tasks never involve, depict, or require the participation of any other person.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you submit ("proof texts", confessions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant SubSurrender a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm it does not violate any laws.
Proof images are never stored. You may upload a photo to verify completion of a task, but such images are processed only temporarily for verification, deleted immediately afterwards, and are never shown to other users.
We take your safety seriously. No-go zones you specify will be respected in AI-generated tasks. However, you are always responsible for your own wellbeing. If a task feels unsafe, do not complete it — use the "I Failed" option instead.
Paid premium is currently temporarily unavailable while the Platform is in beta. When paid premium is reintroduced, payments will be handled by a specialised payment provider for the adult industry, with prices displayed in Euros (EUR). Digital products (premium tasks, boosts) are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
SubSurrender is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from use of the Platform.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
